Every Lumière diamond painting kit is carefully checked and packed before it leaves us. We want your art to arrive safe, complete, and ready to enjoy.
Shipping is free on every order — there are no hidden delivery fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and local postal service.
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it on its way.
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes set by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

If your kit arrives damaged, or drills or canvas are missing, contact us within [14] days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or the missing parts at no cost to you.
If you received the wrong design or size, let us know and we'll arrange the correct one right away.
Because each kit is a sealed product, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If returns are accepted, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Approved refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method within [5–10] business days. You'll get an email from PayPal once the refund is processed.
